20th edition of All Kerala Celestial Trophy Cricket Tournament conducted by Murugan Cricket Club, Thiruvananthapuram will be held from 22nd January 2015 to 15th February 2015 at Medical College Ground, Thiruvananthapuram. Mr.A.P.Anilkumar, Hon’ble Minister for Tourism, will be inaugurating the tournament tomorrow(22.1.2015) at 8am. Bhenix CC, Tvm will meet Packer CC, Tvm in the inaugural match.  In the second match, Attingal CC will meet Cradle CC,Tvm.

 The said tournament rated A Grade and considered among top 3 tournaments in Kerala by Kerala Cricket Association, will see 38 teams across the State vying for the prestigious title.  The teams include State Bank of Travancore, AG’s Office Recreation Club, Muthoot Yamaha Masters CC,  Kids CC, host Murugan CC (Tvm teams) and  other renowned teams like BPCL Kochi Refineries Ltd, Muthoot Mini, Swantons, Muthoot ECC, Eriyal  Youth Club, Kasaragod, Sherlon YCC, Kannur, OSK Home Shoppe TCA Kayamkulam, New Kids Chenganoor, Sudharma Apex, Thrissur, DCA XI,Kottayam,  etc will be participating.

 Matches will be of 30 overs till Semi-Final stage and 45 overs in Final.  Fixture of the tournament is attached.

 In this connection, Sri.Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, Hon’ble Minister for Sports, unveiled the Souvenir titled ‘CELESTIAL’ brought out by Murugan Cricket Club, Trivandrum in connection with 20th  edition  of All Kerala Celestial Cricket Tournament at his residence.  He handed over first copy to Sri.T C Mathew, President Kerala Cricket Association and Chairman of National Cricket Academy. Mr.Rajesh, Secretary Murugan Cricket Club, Girish K R, Tournament Convener, Mr.K.R.Pramod, Ex-SEcretary MCC, Mr.Sreenivasan, Mr.Prathapchandran, Mr.M.R.Krishnanunni, Mr.Sathyanarayanan and Mr.Umesh of Murugan Cricket Club were present.

19th All Kerala Celestial Trophy from 16 Jan 2014 @ Medical college ground Trivandrum.

Rendezvous 2013 – MCC internal tournament will be played on 10 and 11th of August 2013.

Murugancc ‘A’ finished in the top two and got promoted to Trivandrum District ‘ A’ division cricket league.

In a closely contested league, MCC ‘A’ won 5 matches, a rain washout and a  a loss to get the necessary points.
